3. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT at the applicable rate, materials, fittings and labour unless stated otherwise. A deposit may be requested on order, with the balance due on completion. Late payment may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where that Act applies.

4. Installation

You agree to provide safe access, working water and electricity supplies, and to inform us of hidden pipework or cables. Installations are carried out using WRAS-approved materials and in accordance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.

5. Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our services must be performed with reasonable care and skill and any goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

6. Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship and fittings for 10 years from completion, and manufacturer warranties apply to the equipment supplied. The guarantee does not cover consumables such as cartridges and membranes, damage caused by third-party work, freezing, misuse or failure to carry out recommended servicing.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us at [email protected] so we can put things right. We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and aim to resolve them within 28 days. Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution or the courts.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
