2. What we do

- Colour combinations chosen for readable contrast.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus for links, buttons and forms.
- Semantic headings and labelled form fields for screen readers.
3. Known limitations
Some documents supplied by manufacturers may not be fully accessible. We will provide the information in an alternative format on request.
4. Reasonable adjustments
We can arrange large-print quotes, telephone-based ordering and additional time during appointments. Please tell us what you need when you book.
